Shana is a professional hair and make-up artist based in Cape Town, specialising in weddings and other special occasions. She graduated from the prestigious Kohl Academy in 2015, earning the title "Student of the Year." Her love for bridal hair and makeup became apparent after her first bridal photo shoot, where she fell in love with the pure joy people feel on their special day. This love is truly captured in her work.
To ensure you look and feel your best, Shana suggests scheduling a trial for your big day. Trials may take up to three hours, during which you and Shana will discuss and decide on the perfect hair and makeup look. These three hours are important for building a rapport and getting comfortable with each other, which will eliminate any additional stress on the wedding day.
Shana is passionate about using makeup as her medium for artistic expression and views a face as her canvas. She loves enhancing natural features and transforming brides with the strokes of her brush. Her makeup technique is perfect for capturing absolutely gorgeous photographs, which will help you remember your special day for the rest of your life.
